Chickpeas with Iberian panceta recipe
This recipe for chickpeas with Iberian bacon, a hearty and delicious dish.
Undoubtedly, legumes should never be missing in the kitchens of our homes. They are a source of nutrients, proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and have a high mineral content.
Also in this recipe we will accompany the chickpeas with Iberian bacon, a very tasty food, providing the flavor of traditional cuisine.

When preparing this recipe, we must take into account the time they have to be the previously soaked chickpeas, a minimum of 8 hours.
To finish We add a touch of paprika to our chickpea stew, preferably from La Vera, and we can choose it sweet or spicy, according to our tastes.
It is advisable to use bacon or Iberian bacon, because this way our recipe will be tastier.

First, we soak 500 g of chickpeas with a little salt, at least 8 hours before preparing the recipe.
Without any accessories inside our Küken robot, we add 1 liter of water and the chickpeas.
Cook 45 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
We drain the chickpeas and set them aside.
We rinse the robot glass and assemble the extraction accessory.
Add 250 g of bacon in small pieces.
Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.
We remove the bacon, leaving the oil that has been released inside.
Add the onion chopped into small pieces and season to taste.
Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add the cooked chickpeas, bacon and a teaspoon of paprika.
Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
