From this base we can prepare other types of stews, we can do it with pork, turkey, or even the vegan version using textured soy or seitan.

It only remains to adapt the cooking time according to the main ingredient that we use. If we do not want to use wine in our recipe can double the amount of vegetable broth or add the same amount (100 ml) of water. Even so, we still recommend using wine in this type of recipes.

  1. VERY TASTY RECIPE, I HAVE ALREADY DONE IT SEVERAL TIMES AND WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEAT (CHICKEN, PORK) IF YOU NEED ADVICE.
