Codfish delights recipe
Easy-to-prepare recipe for cod delicacies with the help of our Küken food processor.
These cod delicacies are perfect for a weekend snack to enjoy with the family.
It is clear that they can be prepared any day of the year, but they are especially recommended for Easter.
When making this recipe, the only thing to bear in mind is to have the cod well desalted and cleaned of bones and skin before adding it to the preparation.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and halved, 70g of coarsely chopped spring onion, and a bunch of parsley, washed and well dried.
Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.
With the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have stuck to the wall of the glass.
Add 400g of crumbled cod.
Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.
Add 40ml of olive oil.
Cook for 5 minutes at 120ºC and speed 4.
Add 200g of sifted flour, 170ml of water, 2 eggs (we recommend breaking them in a separate dish to avoid shell remains), a teaspoon of yeast and salt and pepper to taste.
Blend for 1 minute on speed 6.
Check that the dough is homogeneous and fine, if necessary repeat the previous step for a few seconds.
Transfer the dough to a bowl, mixing well with a spatula.
Place a frying pan on the heat with plenty of olive oil, when it is very hot and with the help of a spoon, take portions of dough and brown them well on both sides.
As you remove them from the heat, place them in a dish with absorbent paper underneath to remove the excess oil.
Our codfish delicacies are ready!
