 2 large eggplants
 250 g of minced meat to taste
 150 g of green pepper
 100 g onion
 1 clove of garlic

Cut the eggplants in half and empty them, reserving their meat in a bowl, leaving about half an inch around.

Add 500 ml of water to the glass of our Küken robot.

We place the deep steamer tray on the food processor and put the eggplant halves upside down. We put the lid on.

We steam for 15 minutes at 120°C.

Taking care not to burn us, remove the eggplants and place them face up in a baking dish.

We remove the steamer tray, remove the cooking water from the inside of the glass and place the stripper accessory.

Add 50 ml of olive oil.

Heat the oil for 2 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.

Add 100 g of peeled and medium chunks of onion, 150 g of washed green pepper and also medium chunks, and the garlic clove, peeled and minced.

Add 250 g of minced meat and the inside of the eggplants in medium pieces. Season as desired.

Without removing the cover, add 50 ml of white wine through the filling hole, leave it open so that the alcohol is evaporated in the next step.

We place the cooked meat in a bowl and fill the eggplants with it. Add the grated cheese on top and sprinkle with oregano to taste.

Cook the eggplant until the cheese is melted and has a golden color. About 10 minutes at 200°C with the grill on.
