 1 kg of boneless chicken thighs
 450 g of tomatoes
 100 g of green pepper
 200 g onion
 350 g of natural yoghurt
 20 g fresh ginger
 5 garlic cloves
 50 ml of mild olive oil
 10 g of fresh coriander
 10 g of ground meal
 10 g ground coriander seeds
 10 g of hot paprika
 10 g turmeric

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 450 g of tomatoes cut into medium pieces.

Blend for 15 seconds at speed 5.

Reserve the tomato in a bowl.

Clean and dry the mixing bowl and the blade accessory. Place it.

Add 100 g of pepper and 200 g of onion, chopped, 20 g of peeled ginger, five cloves of garlic, 10 g of fresh coriander and a little salt.

Blend everything for 20 seconds at speed 5.

Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.

We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.

Add 50 ml of mild olive oil.

Cook for 15 minutes at 100ºC and speed 2.

Add the tomato puree and a pinch of salt.

Leave the filler cap open to allow the liquid inside to evaporate.

Bake for 15 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.

Add 10 g of ground cumin, 10 g of ground coriander seeds, 10 g of hot paprika and 10 g of ground turmeric.

Cook for 3 minutes at 100ºC and speed 2.

Add 350 g of natural yoghurt and 1 kilo of chicken cut into medium pieces.

Cook for 25 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.

Taste and rectify the salt if necessary.

  1. Hello, I want to make this recipe but it does not come how to make the white rice in the robot and I would like you to add it as I think it is a basic in the kitchen.
