Recipe for Lemon Mousse
Lemon mousse, a very easy to prepare recipe that we are sure that once you prepare it for the first time, it will become one of your favourite recipes.
We can present it with a mint leaf and a little lemon zest on top, remember, only the yellow part. Enjoy!
This dessert is very easy to prepare and has a texture and flavour that will bring a smile to your face with the first spoonful.

We mount the butterfly attachment on our Küken robot.
Add 500ml whipping cream, 300ml condensed milk, 150ml lemon juice and the zest of one lemon, just the yellow part.
Beat for 2 minutes on speed 4.
Pour the mixture into glass cups, leave to cool and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
