Oat Porridge Recipe 

Today we bring you the recipe for oat porridge, a very easy recipe to prepare with our Küken Kitchen Robot.

Oats are undoubtedly the most fashionable ingredient in recent years. It is the cereal with the highest concentration of vitamins and minerals.

In addition, the combination of oats, milk and honey provides us with proteins, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals such as calcium and iron. All this makes it a highly recommended food to include in any diet.

It is the perfect breakfast to start the day with energy, thanks to the combination of oats, milk and honey.

If you prefer, you can replace the milk with a vegetable drink of your choice, so that it is also suitable for vegans and lactose intolerant people.

In this recipe we have included honey, but if you prefer, you can use any other type of sweetener, or if you don't have a sweet tooth, you can leave it out.

Add 700 ml of milk, 100 ml of water, 150 g of oat flakes and 15 ml of honey.

Cook for 13 minutes at 90ºC and speed 2.

  1. It's a delight, in my case, as I don't like them so thick, I reduced the amount of flakes and added cinnamon and it was delicious.

    I recommend it 100%

  2. I love porridges! I use them a lot after a good workout! I also include chopped walnuts and almonds to make it more complete. I use vegetable, oat or soya milk instead, it's healthier!
