Once the dough is installed, we can start preparing the dough to make our Pizza. We cut a portion and make a ball with it, on a very clean and dry smooth surface, sprinkle a little flour, place the dough and go to stretch it and give it the desired shape, for this we can help each other with a kitchen roll, if we don't have it, we can use a glass bottle.

With caution we place the stretched dough on a baking sheet with baking paper and we prepare the pizza to our taste.

 350 g of strong flour
 200 ml of water
 65 ml of olive oil
 25 g of fresh pressed yeast
 3 g of salt

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 200ml of water and 25g of fresh yeast, crumbled with our fingers.

Mix for 2 minutes at speed 1.

Add 350 g of flour, 65 ml of oil and 3 g of salt.

Mix for 2 minutes at speed 1.

Remove the blade accessory and remove the dough, make a ball and set it aside in a bowl that covers it. with absorbent paper. Leave to stand for 1 hour at room temperature.

  1. Hi Paula, I know why it happens to you and it is because it rotates in 2 directions, ie first clockwise and then stops and rotates in the opposite direction to mix everything better.

  2. The recipe is very good, I use cold water, for pizza dough it improves the result. I ferment the dough in the glass, without the accessory, at 50 degrees steam mode for 10 minutes or in the basket of the steamer at 70 degrees for 10 or 15 minutes.
