Mascarpone cheese cake recipe
Today we will prepare with the Küken food processor, the recipe for mascarpone cheese cake, a recipe that the whole family will love.
You may ask, why mascarpone cheese?
Mascarpone cheese is a fresh and creamy cheese that gives a texture and an unmistakable flavour to the cake.
In addition, we have flavoured the whole cake with a touch of vanilla, adding a touch of freshness.
When we add the eggs to the robot cup, we recommend breaking the eggs on a separate plate, we make sure that there are no shell scraps and that the eggs are in perfect condition.
Once the cake is prepared, let it cool completely before unmolding it, this will prevent it from breaking.
And finally to present the cake you can decorate it with currants hydrated beforehand by on.

Before starting to prepare the recipe, preheat the oven to 180°C.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 50 g of creamy butter and 250 g of mascarpone.
We beat 1 and a half minutes at speed 2.
Add 100 g of sugar, 100 g of flour and a few drops of vanilla extract.
We beat 1 and a half minutes at speed 2.
In the next step, without having to remove the cover, through the filling hole we add the eggs one by one, each time waiting for one egg to fit in to add the next. Once all have been incorporated the eggs, slowly add the cream until all the ingredients are well integrated and we have a homogeneous mass. By default, the next step is programmed for 10 minutes, so the mass moment, we will proceed to stop the time and go to the next step.
We beat 10 minutes at speed 2.
We pour the dough into a mold previously greased with butter and bake for 35 minutes at 180ºC.
Our mascarpone pie recipe is ready!
