Steamed Salmon with Potatoes and Vegetables Recipe
We present a very healthy and easy-to-prepare recipe, Steamed salmon with potatoes and vegetables. Thanks to the Küken TOUCH 9000 food processor, it cooks practically on its own.
We have prepared this recipe with salmon supremes but for future preparations we can choose other types of fish, for example fresh cod, hake loins, tuna.
Another perfect alternative for this recipe can be chicken breasts or turkey tenderloins.
We can also choose and combine the vegetables we like the most, zucchini, eggplant, pepper,
and so on.
And if we want to finish giving a touch to our steamed recipes we can try seasoning with aromatic herbs; dill, parsley, coriander, thyme, rosemary, always to our taste.

We place the basket next to its drive shaft inside our Küken robot.
Add 1 and a half litres of water and a little salt into the glass, and 300 g of peeled potatoes in 1 cm slices into the basket.
Bake 30 minutes at 120°C.
We reserve the potatoes.
Remove the cooking basket with its axis and place the deep steamer tray.
We put 400 g of green beans cut into two or three pieces, 125 g of peeled carrots and carrot sticks, and 70 g of peeled and sliced onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the flat steam tray on top and put the salmon supremes on top. Season to taste with salt and pepper and place the lid on top.
In the next step we will have to add the potatoes that we have reserved inside the tray with the salmon. We will do it when there are 10 minutes left to finish the program.
Bake 40 minutes at 120°C.
