Toffee Sauce Recipe
This toffee sauce recipe is terrifically delicious, a creamy toasted sugar flavoured cream.
It looks amazing with sweets, toast, cookies or ice cream in the summer season.
And it's really easy to prepare with the Küken food processor. Here's a step-by-step guide to this delicious recipe.
You can use both normal sugar and brown sugar, the result will be the same, the only thing that will vary will be the darker color in the case of brown sugar, try to prepare this toffee sauce recipe ... you'll see how delicious!
To keep our caramel sauce, we recommend that you do so in the refrigerator as long as possible, in a tightly closed jar, or a container covered with plastic wrap.

We mount the whisk accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 250 ml of whipping cream, 200 g of sugar and 100 g of butter.
Beat for 14 minutes at 90ºC and speed 1.
Our toffee sauce is ready. If we want to consume it cold, we reserve it in the fridge for the necessary time, once it is tempered.
