In addition, prawns are one of the crustaceans that offer the greatest benefit to the body, as they provide us with very important nutrients for our health. It provides us with vitamin E and B, it is also a great source of magnesium, selenium, sodium and iron.. All these properties help the functioning of the nervous system, prevent anemia and cardiovascular diseases.
The idea of preparing this recipe is to use fresh shrimp, although alternatively we can use them frozen, always of the highest quality that we can afford.
First of all, we peel the shrimp, leaving only the tip of the tail. We reserve in a bowl.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add four peeled garlic cloves and the parsley.
We chop 20 seconds at speed 5.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
We add 45 ml of olive oil.
Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add 150 ml of white wine through the filling opening and leave it open to facilitate evaporation of alcohol.
Bake for 10 minutes at 120°C and speed 2.
