Pasta carbonara recipe
Today we are going to make a great recipe for pasta carbonara, one of those dishes that almost everyone likes, and that you can learn to make easily with the Küken robot if you don't know how to prepare it.
Although it is not the authentic Italian recipe, here in Spain we prepare it "our" way and the truth is that it is delicious, as one of the best allies of pasta is undoubtedly the cream.
As we say in this pasta carbonara recipe we prepare it with liquid cream, but if we have lactose problems, or simply we prefer it, we can replace it with one of the vegetable options that every time more easily found in our usual trade.
To prepare this recipe We can choose the type of pasta that belongs to us the most, the important thing is to leave it "Al dente".

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 1250 ml of water and a little salt.
We heat the water for 15 minutes at 120°C.
Add the 350 g of pasta that we have chosen and cook them for the time set by the manufacturer so that they are “al dente”. By default, we schedule 10 minutes but we can adapt it according to the time we need. In this step we leave the filler cap open so that the steam can escape.
Bake 10 minutes at 120°C.
We drain and reserve the pasta.
We add 45 ml of olive oil in our Küken.
Heat the oil for 2 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.
Add 300 g of onion, peeled and sliced.
Bake for 15 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.
Add 250 g of bacon cut into strips.
Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.
Add 300 ml of cooking cream and a little freshly ground pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.
Add the cooked pasta.
We stir 2 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.
Add the grated Parmesan and stir with a spatula so that it integrates well with the rest of the ingredients.
Our carbonara pasta recipe is ready!

Spectacular!!! It was riquisisimo.
In my case, as we like our pasta more cooked, we repeat the cooking step 2 times, in total 20 minutes.
Before cooking the onion we changed the remover shovel and put the blade to chop the onion and then returned to the recipe and continued as indicated, it was delicious. Recommended 100 %
It is very tasty, but when the pasta is being made, even if you open the steam lid, water comes out when it boils.
I think it is better to lower the temperature and cook for a few more minutes, otherwise nothing to say.
