Vegetable ratatouille recipe
Today we bring you the recipe for vegetable ratatouille, a classic of Spanish gastronomy. The base of this ratatouille should always be tomato and pepper and is usually put eggplant, onion and zucchini.
So it is a very healthy and low calorie dish, perfect for the whole family.
The best thing is that it can be served as an accompaniment to meat or fish, although the vegetable ratatouille is best with a fried egg and a good piece of bread. It will make your mouth water!
It is also very easy to prepare with the Küken food processor and you can make it in advance, so go ahead and prepare it!
We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 65 ml of olive oil, 100 g of zucchini, 100 g of red pepper, 100 g of green pepper, 100 g of eggplant and 100 g of onion, all washed and in medium pieces.
Bake for 15 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add 500 g of crushed tomato, 20 g of sugar and 5 g of salt.
Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
