Beer Sausages recipe
We present you the recipe for beer sausages, a very versatile and easy dish to prepare with the Küken TOUCH 9000 food processor.
This is one of those recipes that we can prepare in advance, and even overnight, because after a few hours they are even better.
This is a simple recipe with very basic ingredients, which is suitable both as a main dish and as an accompaniment to rice or chips. It is also ideal for a dinner with a salad.
An alternative to this recipe is to substitute beer for wine, or even cava.
How alcohol evaporates during cooking is a recipe that the little ones in the house can also eat.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 200 g of peeled and chunky onion, 300 g of tomatoes cut into quarters and three cloves of peeled garlic.
We chop 20 seconds at speed 5.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
Add 45 ml of olive oil and season to taste.
Bake 16 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 2.
Add the sausages cut into four pieces.
Cook for 3 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
Add 200ml of beer to the filling hole and leave it open for the alcohol to evaporate.
Bake for 30 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
