The beans stew recipe is very easy to prepare with the Küken Kitchen Robot. A typical Castilian recipe ideal for cold days due to its high calorie content.

 300 g of beans
 1 black pudding (100 g)
 1 chorizo (100 g)
 250 g bacon
 100 g of green pepper
 100 g of red pepper
 200 g of ripe tomato
 150 g carrot
 150 g onion
 ½ head of garlic
 1 bay leaf
 50 ml of olive oil
 Peppers
 Pepper
 Salt
 Water

ELABORATION

First, we soak the beans with a little salt, at least 12 hours before preparing the recipe.

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 50 ml of olive oil.

Heat the oil for 2 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.

Add 250 g of chopped bacon and season to taste.

Bake for 15 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

We reserve the bacon in a separate container.

Add 150 g of peeled and chopped onion for frying.

Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.

Add 100 g of red pepper, 100 g of green pepper, 200 g of ripe tomato and 150 g of carrot, all chopped for frying. The best carrot peeled or scraped with a brush.

Bake 10 minutes at 120°C speed 1.

Stir in the beans that we have soaked, well drained, whole unpeeled garlic cloves, a bay leaf, a teaspoon of paprika, pepper and salt to taste, and water until the maximum capacity of the glass.

Bake for 60 minutes at 120°C.

Add the chorizo, the bacon we had reserved and baste to the maximum capacity of the glass.

When there are 20 minutes left to complete the cooking program, add the black pudding through the filling hole, without having to stop the food processor or open the lid.

Bake 60 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

We test our stew, if necessary we add salt and stir. If the beans are not yet cooked Go back to the previous step and program 10 minutes at 120°C and speed 1. This step is repeated as many times as necessary until the desired doneness is achieved.

  1. Hello, I made this recipe but I think it is too brothy for my taste. I must also say that the beans that I used were of boat since I didn't have time to soak them and I don't know if that affected me since they fell apart even putting less time.
    I will try again with less water to see how they are.

    1. Hello Eduvigis! Yes, it is important to prepare the recipe starting with the dried beans soaked, this way they absorb more water to cook and the stew is not so soupy.
