First, we preheat the oven to 180°C.

Add 250 g of carrot, peeled and cut into thick slices.

We chop for 15 seconds at speed 5.

Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.

We chop for 15 seconds at speed 5.

We reserve the chopped carrot in a bowl.

Add 150 g of sugar, four eggs and a pinch of salt.

We beat for 2 minutes at 37°C and at speed 3.

Add 120 ml of sunflower oil.

Add 250 g of flour, the baking powder and the chopped carrot.

We beat 30 seconds at speed 3.
