Vegan Lentils with Chorizo Recipe
Today we are going to prepare Lentils with vegan chorizo. To prepare this recipe we must first make the vegan chorizo recipe that we found in the robot.
A very easy dish to prepare with our Küken food processor, and as the lentils do not need to be soaked beforehand, we can prepare this recipe at any time and any day of the week.
Don't give up eating healthy dishes for lack of time, these lentils are perfect to eat freshly made, but also to prepare them in advance and take them in the lunchbox to eat at work.
If at the time of preparing the recipe we do not have vegetable stock at home we can use water, without any problem.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 150g of peeled onion, in large pieces and 2 whole peeled cloves of garlic.
Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.
Open the lid and with the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have been left on the wall of the glass.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
Add 60ml of olive oil.
Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.
Add 70g of red pepper and 70g of yellow pepper, both in small pieces, 150g of carrot peeled and sliced not too thick, 200g of pear tomatoes in medium pieces and season to taste.
Cook for 6 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.
Add 800ml of vegetable stock, 350g of lentils, 1 ñora, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of hot paprika and season to taste.
