Low temperature eggs recipe
Today we are going to prepare the recipe of hard boiled eggs at low temperature that everyone who tries it likes and that by the technique used we will get a delicious and elegant egg.
Doing it with traditional methods is often quite complicated due to the importance of controlling the time and always at a constant temperature. With our Küken food processor, the egg yolk will be perfectly liquid but the egg white will turn into a delicious thick cream.
When adding the water to the robot, we recommend heating it beforehand or simply adding it already hot from the tap, so that the water reaches a constant temperature more easily.

We place the basket with its drive shaft inside our Küken.
Add 1.5 litres of water into the glass.
Heat the water for 15 minutes at 65ºC.
Add four eggs into the cooking basket.
Cook for 60 minutes at 60ºC.
