Recipe for sponge cake with nuts and chocolate
Delicious recipe for a cake with nuts and chocolate that will delight adults and small. It is a sponge cake whose texture reminds us a lot of the brownie but more fluffy. A fantastic mixture to prepare with our Küken food processor.
Totally recommended for a tasty snack, which will hardly last at home.
If we prefer, we can replace the nuts with other dried fruits make it more to our liking; almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts. Similarly, the amount of cocoa can be changed depending on whether you like it or not. sponge cake with more or less chocolate flavor.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
We separate the whites from the yolks and set them aside.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 150 g of walnuts and 100 g of dark chocolate powder.
We grind for 1 minute at speed 10.
We reserve the mixture in a bowl.
We incorporate the blanks.
We beat for 1 minute at speed 10.
We add 300 g of sugar.
We beat for 1 minute at speed 10.
Add the yolks, 500 g of flour, an envelope of yeast, 300 ml of olive oil, two yogurts and the mixture of nuts and cocoa.
We grind for 1 minute at speed 10.
We put the contents in a mold previously buttered.
Bake 35 minutes at 180°C.
