Green beans with potatoes recipe. A vegetable dish, healthy and very easy to make.
We will steam it with one of the healthiest cooking techniques that exist. Now that healthy eating is in fashion, steaming is triumphing.
That's why today we're going to prepare a healthy and light green beans and potatoes recipe with the Küken food processor.
A very flexible recipe that you can eat hot in winter and cool in summer.
It is important that when buying the green beans, they are tender, so we will cook them more easily.
The potatoes must be of the boiling variety, so that they cook in less time.

Without any accessories inside our Küken robot, we add 1/2 liter of water and a little salt.
We place the deep steam tray on the glass of the robot.
Add 500 g of potatoes and 500 g of green beans, in medium and regular pieces, the potatoes peeled. We put the lid on.
We steam for 30 minutes at 120°C.
Check that everything is well cooked; if not, go back to the previous step and program 5 minutes at 120ºC. We repeat this step as many times as necessary until the potatoes and beans are cooked. It will depend on how nice the beans are and what type of potato we are using.
