Chicken and Vegetable Cream Soup Recipe
Healthy and quick recipe to make. Ideal for a light dinner or as a starter in a complete menu.
With the Küken TOUCH 9000 food processor, prepare it in record time.
When serving the cream we can serve it with some bread croutons, a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground pepper on top.
To prepare the broth we can use ready-made vegetables sold in the shops, or if we prefer, we can choose the vegetables according to our tastes (carrot, potato, leek, turnips, celery, cabbage, etc.).

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add the peeled and chopped onion.
Chop 30 seconds at speed 4.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
Add 50 ml of olive oil and season to taste.
Cook for 7 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add the vegetables and the chicken meat from the broth, all chopped.
Cook for 7 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add 1.2 litres of stock.
Cook for 6 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.
We replace the extraction accessory with the blade accessory.
Add 200 g of evaporated milk.
We grind for 2 minutes at speed 10.
Taste the cream and adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.
