Candied garlic

Garlic confit recipe

Making this recipe for garlic confit with the EASYChefTOUCH9000 food processor is very simple and practical. The garlic loses some of its potency and spiciness, but retains all its flavour.

In addition, you can confit a good amount and keep for a long time in the fridge in glass jars, of course, it is important that the oil completely covers the garlic. ready for use when it is convenient.
