Recipe for Mexican veal barquettes
We present you some Mexican barquitas with beef that will delight everyone at home. This dish is ideal for a weekend dinner with family or friends. It is a healthy and tasty recipe in equal parts. You can accompany this recipe with some nachos with guacamole and chilli (see separate recipe) to get you in the Mexican mood.

Step 1. Mount the blade accessory on your food processor.
Step 2. Add two peeled cloves of garlic.
Step 3. Chop 5 seconds on speed 5.
Step 4. Remove the lid and with the help of the spatula push the remains that may have been left on the wall of the glass to the bottom.
Step 5. Replace the blade accessory with the remover accessory.
Step 6. Add 50ml of olive oil.
Step 7. Cook for 3 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.
Step 8. Add 500g of veal strips and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 9. Cook for 6 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.
Step 10. Add 100g of green pepper, 100g of red pepper and 100g of onion, all cut into thin strips, also add a packet of fajita mix.
Step 11. Cook for 12 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.
Step 12. Set the contents aside in a bowl.
Step 13. Prepare the side dish: cut 100g of red pepper, 100g of green pepper, 100g of onion and two tomatoes into small cubes, and chop lettuce to taste. Put everything aside in a bowl.
Step 14. Prepare the boats: take a small boat and add three spoonfuls of the veal mixture, grated Emmental cheese to taste and the garnish of raw vegetables, also to taste.
Step 15. Our boats are ready to eat.
