Stuffed Eggs Recipe 

Traditional and tasty recipe for stuffed eggs with pâté and mayonnaise. Discover how to prepare them easily with the EASYChef TOUCH 9000 food processor.

Ideal as an appetizer, as an accompaniment to other dishes, to prepare a snack dinner, to take to work.

To prepare this recipe we recommend using pâté de campagne as its flavourful taste combines perfectly with the other ingredients.

As an alternative we can use any other type of pâté that we like, or even tuna fish in
canned.

When presenting the eggs we can decorate them with olives, gherkins, capers, roasted peppers. A little chopped parsley is also an excellent option.

 160 g Campaign pâté
 40 g Mayonnaise
 40 g Pickled gherkins
 Pepper
 Salt

We mount the cooking basket together with the drive shaft on our EASYChef robot.

Add 1.5 litres of water into the mixing bowl and the six eggs into the basket.

Cook for 25 minutes at 120ºC.

Remove the eggs, being careful not to burn them and cool them with water. Once they are cold, peel them, cut them in half and remove the yolks to prepare the filling.

We replace the drive shaft of the basket with the blade accessory.

Add the egg yolks, 160 g pâté, 40 g mayonnaise, 40 g g gherkins and freshly ground pepper.

Blend for 30 seconds at speed 8.

Taste the filling and adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 8.

Transfer the filling to a bowl and fill the egg halves.
