To prepare our recipe we can choose another type of pasta with similar characteristics, for example we can use Fusilli or Radiatori.

We advise you to take the butter out of the fridge for a while before the preparation, so as it has an ointment texture it will integrate better with the rest of the ingredients.

 400 g Rigatoni Pasta
 2 Cans of sardines in oil
 80 g Butter
 3 Cloves of garlic
 15 ml Olive oil
 30 ml Lemon juice
 Zest of 1 lemon
 5 Sprigs of parsley
 Pepper

Add five sprigs of parsley, discarding the toughest stems.

Chop 10 seconds at speed 4.

Reserve the chopped parsley in a bowl.

Add three cloves of garlic.

We chop 10 seconds at speed 6.

We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.

Add 15 ml of olive oil and 25 g of butter.

Cook for 6 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.

Add the remaining 55 g of butter, the sardines, drained and without the skin, half the chopped parsley, 30 ml of lemon juice, the zest of 1 lemon (only the yellow part), and pepper to taste.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 2.

Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.

Taste the butter and correct the salt if necessary.
