Applesauce is one of the healthiest, easiest to make and healthy recipes that you can use with both sweet and savoury dishes.

But even though it's so simple it's delicious and you'll never get tired of it.

It is usually an autumn dessert, but it can be served with roasts, meats and give them a fantastic different touch.

Besides being such a light dessert, you can also have it as a nutritious breakfast.

The variety of apple will depend on our tastes but it is always advisable to use a sweet variety (Reineta, Golden, Royal Gala, etc.).

 1 kg of sweet apples
 A stick of cinnamon
 70 ml of water

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.

Add the kilo of apples peeled in medium pieces, the cinnamon stick and 70 ml of water.

Cook for 25 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.

Taste the sweetness of the apple and if necessary add a little sugar or any other sweetener.

Cook for 5 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Check that the apples are well cooked, if not, repeat the previous step.

We replace the extraction accessory with the blade accessory.

Remove the cinnamon stick.

Blend for 20 seconds at speed 8.

Check that the compote has a fine texture, if not, repeat the previous step.
