Grilled cauliflower recipe

This recipe can also be made with broccoli or Romanesco cabbage, or even combine several in the same recipe.

Without any accessories inside the glass of our Küken robot, we add 1 liter of water.
We place the deep steamer tray on the food processor and add the clean cauliflower florets. We put the lid on.
We steam for 60 minutes at 120°C.
We reserve the cauliflower in a dish or baking sheet.
We remove the excess water from the cooking and rinse the glass of the food processor.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken.
Add 70 g of onion, peeled and in medium pieces.
We chop 20 seconds at speed 5.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.

Add 45 g of butter, 15 ml of oil and a pinch of salt.

Cook for 7 minutes at 120°C and speed 3.
We pour the béchamel over the cauliflower that we had reserved in the source or the tray.
Add 150 g of grated cheese on top.
Cook with the grill on and the oven preheated to 200 ° C, between 5 and 10 minutes, which is necessary so that it stays golden on top.
