Making this recipe for garlic confit with the Küken food processor is very simple and practical. The garlic loses some of its potency and spiciness, but retains all its flavour.

In addition, you can confit a good amount and keep for a long time in the fridge in glass jars, of course, it is important that the oil completely covers the garlic. ready for use when it is convenient.

Add the whole peeled garlic and 200 ml of olive oil (or until it completely covers the garlic).

Cook for 30 minutes at 80ºC and speed 1.

Open the robot and check that the garlic is tender. If it is not quite tender, repeat step 5 as many times as necessary until the desired point is reached.
