Orange, gin and mango cocktail recipe
This orange, gin and mango cocktail is a refreshing cocktail, perfect to drink in good company on a summer afternoon.
Learn how to prepare it easily with the Küken TOUCH 9000 food processor, without effort and getting all the ingredients well mixed.
As we indicated in step 1, first of all we must freeze the mango peeled and chopped for 1 hour, then we can prepare the recipe. If we want we can freeze more quantity and thus have it ready for future elaborations.
With this base we can elaborate our own cocktails.
This orange, gin and mango cocktail is a refreshing cocktail, perfect to drink in good company on a summer afternoon.

First of all peel the mango, cut it into medium pieces and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Once 1 hour has passed, we squeeze oranges until we get 400ml of juice.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add the 400ml of orange juice, the frozen mango, 70ml of gin and 300g of ice.
We grind for 1 minute at speed 10.
Serve our cocktail with a sprig of mint.
