Ready for some delicious salmon burgers?
Salmon is a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids, so we should include it regularly in our diet.
It is important to make sure that there are no bones left in the dough before preparing the burgers.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 180 g of onion, peeled and cut into large pieces.
Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
Add 600g of well washed salmon cut into medium pieces.
We chop 10 seconds at speed 6.
If we want it more chopped we can repeat the previous step, but only 5 seconds.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of dill, 80g of breadcrumbs, an egg and a teaspoon of salt. It is recommended to shell the egg in a separate bowl to make sure that no shell remains.
Mix everything 10 seconds at speed 6.
remove the dough in a bowl and make balls that are not too big, as if we were making meatballs, then we mash them into small burgers.
We grill them with a drizzle of olive oil and ready to eat.
