We present a perfect recipe to prepare for holidays and celebrations, especially for Christmas parties. It is an elaborate dish but very easy to make with our Küken food processor. To prepare the stuffing we have used monkfish tails, but we can also use hake, the important thing is to make sure to remove all the bones before adding it to the recipe. As we indicated in step 1, we must have all the ingredients previously defrosted before starting to cook.
