Sirloin steak with whisky sauce recipe
This recipe is perfect for celebrations and more specifically for Christmas parties. A very simple dish to make with the help of our küken food processor, but with a haute cuisine result. To accompany our recipe, the ideal accompaniment is potatoes; we can make them fried, baked, steamed... however we like them best. We have made potato flowers, which can be made without too much difficulty with the help of a flan mould. Slice them with a mandolin or a sharp knife, place them in the shape of a flower, pour a little olive oil and salt on top, and bake them until golden brown.
This recipe is very tasty and easy to prepare, ideal for special occasions such as celebrations and special days.
