A good way to prepare potatoes as a side dish is with a simple but tasty mashed potato.

This delicious mashed potato is the perfect accompaniment to many dishes, we can use it as a garnish in meat or fish recipes

Despite being a quick and easy recipe, we don't always get a perfect texture or taste when preparing homemade mashed potatoes.

That's why, thanks to our Küken food processor, you can prepare mashed potatoes with a perfect texture.

 1 kg de patatas
 30 g de mantequilla
 400 ml de leche
 15 ml of olive oil
 Pepper
 Salt

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 1 kg of potatoes peeled into medium pieces, 400 ml of milk and a little salt.

Bake 40 minutes at 90°C and speed 1.

We replace the extraction accessory with the blade accessory.

Add 30 g of softened butter, 15 ml of olive oil and freshly ground pepper to taste.

We grind for 1 minute at speed 4.

We check that the mash has the desired texture, if not, we move on to the next step. In this point We also rectify the salt if necessary.

We grind for 10 seconds at speed 4.
