Today we have a recipe for a puff pastry tart with apple, very easy to make with the Küken Kitchen Robot.
A very light dessert or breakfast with a flavor that anyone will love.
This apple pie with puff pastry doesn't need any resting time and is delicious warm, so if you have guests coming over, it's time to show off your homemade apple pie with puff pastry recipe!

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 200 g of butter in small pieces, 200 g of pastry flour, 90 ml of cold water and a small tablespoon of salt.
Knead for 20 seconds at speed 6.
Remove the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
We lay the dough on a smooth, firm surface, previously sprinkled with flour.
Using a roller, we stretch it, giving it a rectangular shape.
We fold the dough into three parts, mounting one part on top of the other.
We place the dough so that the folds are towards us, we stretch the dough again, giving it a rectangular shape.
We repeat the last two steps twice (steps 7 and 8).
We place the stretched dough in a mold or tray with vegetable paper underneath, and leave to cool for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
We perforate the central part with a fork, leaving the edges without punctures.
With the oven preheated to 200ºC, we bake for 20 minutes.
We peel the apples and cut them into slices. Decorate the dough with the leaves and paint the edges of the puff pastry with a beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Once it has cooled, sprinkle icing sugar on top and ready to serve.
