Broccoli and Apple Cream Soup Recipe
The recipe of broccoli and green apple cream is perfect to prepare in our Küken food processor, easy to make, nutritious and with a delicious taste.
A good way to get the little ones in the house to eat a good portion of vegetables.
When it is time to present our cream we can do it with some slices of green apple on top, the contrast is very nice.
In this type of recipes where we must use several of the accessories during the cooking process, we must be careful not to cut or burn ourselves when handling them.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 500g of clean and chopped broccoli, 150g of peeled and chopped apple, 40g of onion, 200g of peeled and chopped potato, 30g of thick sliced leek and 45g of equally clean and chopped celery.
We grind for 60 seconds at speed 8.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down. If we deem it necessary, we can repeat the previous step for a few seconds at the same speed.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
Add 30ml of olive oil and 50g of butter.
Bake 10 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.
Add 300 ml of evaporated milk, 600 ml of vegetable broth and season to taste.
Stir for 50 seconds at speed 5.
Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Taking care not to burn ourselves, we substitute the remover attachment for the blade attachment.
Grind for 30 seconds at speed 5.
If we prefer a finer texture, we repeat the previous step.
Our cream is ready.
