Pork cheeks with sweet wine sauce recipe
We present a perfect recipe to prepare for holidays and celebrations, especially for Christmas parties. An elaborate but very easy dish to make with our Küken food processor. To prepare this recipe we have used pork cheeks, but we can also use veal cheeks, according to our tastes and preferences. By using a sweet wine such as a Montilla, we obtain a sauce with a spectacular flavour that will give our dish a touch worthy of the best chefs.
A perfect recipe, very tasty and easy to prepare for celebrations and special days.

Step 1. We mount the blade accessory on our küken food processor.
Step 2. Add 100g of onion and 150g of red pepper, all cut into large pieces, and two peeled cloves of garlic.
Step 3. Chop for 10 seconds on speed 4.
Step 4. Remove the lid and with the help of the spatula push the remains that may have been left on the wall of the glass to the bottom.
Step 5. Replace the blade accessory with the remover accessory.
Step 6. Add 50ml of olive oil.
Step 7. Cook for 9 minutes at 115ºC and speed 2.
Add 1 kg of seasoned cheeks, a spoonful of sweet paprika and thyme and rosemary to taste.
Step 9. Cook for 10 minutes at 115ºC and speed 2.
Step 10. Add 150ml of white wine, 150ml of water and a pinch of salt.
Place the deep steam tray and the flat tray with the peeled and sliced potatoes on top. Season to taste with salt and pepper and put the lid on.
Step 12. Cook for 35 minutes at 110ºC and speed left 1.
Step 13. Our recipe is ready to serve.
