Recipe for Chicken and Cheese Delight
The Chicken and Cheese Delight recipe is perfect as an appetizer or for our daily menu, accompany it with a salad and a piece of bread and get a balanced and complete menu.
When preparing this recipe we must take into account the time that the dough has to rest, at least a couple of hours in the fridge, so that we can shape the balls easily and get a more compact texture.
Once fried, transfer them to a dish with kitchen paper underneath to absorb the excess oil.
This recipe is very easy to prepare and the result is exquisite, contrasting the juiciness of the interior with the crunchy exterior.

Wash and cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 2 peeled cloves of garlic and a sprig of parsley, washed and well dried.
We chop 10 seconds at speed 6.
With the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have stuck to the wall of the glass.
Add the chopped chicken breast.
Chop 20 seconds at speed 6.
Add 50g of crustless sliced bread, 100g of fresh cheese, 100g of grated Parmesan cheese, 100ml of milk and salt and pepper to taste.
We grind for 20 seconds at speed 6.
Transfer the whole mixture to a bowl, cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Once the dough has rested, we make balls with our hands, dip them in egg and breadcrumbs, and fry them in very hot oil.
