Hummus with courgette and broad beans recipe
This "special" recipe for hummus with courgette and broad beans in oil tastes fresh and natural. It is also ideal because we have vegetable protein and vegetables in a delicious appetizer.
To accompany our hummus we can do it with breadsticks, pita bread, potato or corn chips, vegetable crudités (carrot, celery, cucumber, pepper, etc.).
It can also be used as a filling for sandwiches and fajitas, spread on crusty bread or as a garnish for different dishes.
Special" recipe for hummus with courgette and broad beans in oil, an alternative to the traditional chickpea hummus that will surprise and delight everyone at home.

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 250g of well-washed and chopped courgette (there is no need to peel it), 40ml of olive oil and season to taste.
Bake for 15 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
We replace the extraction accessory with the blade accessory.
Add 250g of cooked chickpeas, washed and well drained, 250g of broad beans in oil, 50g of sesame seeds, 1 peeled garlic, a teaspoon of ground cumin, the juice of a lemon and a pinch of salt.
We grind for 30 seconds at speed 10.
With the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have stuck to the wall of the glass.
