We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 200ml of water and 25g of fresh yeast, crumbled with our fingers.

Mix for 2 minutes at speed 1.

Add 350 g of flour, 65 ml of oil and 3 g of salt.

Remove the blade accessory and remove the dough, make a ball and set it aside in a bowl that covers it. with absorbent paper. Leave to stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
Once rested the dough we begin to prepare the dough to make our pizza. We cut a portion and make a ball with it, on a smooth surface well clean and dry sprinkle a little flour, place the dough and we are stretching and giving it the desired shape, for this we can help us with a rolling pin, if we do not have it we can use a glass bottle.

We spread the dough on a smooth floured surface and place the vegetables, tuna, olives and spices according to our preferences.
When placing the vegetables we will do it in not too big pieces so that they cook better.

We place the pizza in the oven on a rack with parchment paper at 250°C for the necessary time until it is cooked our taste.
