We present a perfect recipe to prepare for holidays and celebrations, especially for Christmas parties. It is an elaborate dish but very easy to make with the help of our küken food processor. When it comes to presenting this recipe, we can either present it with the whole round steak uncut, presented on a tray and with the onion placed in a sauce dish. Or leave it to cool slightly, cut it carefully and serve it on a tray with the caramelised onion on top. To accompany this recipe we can serve it with grilled green asparagus and baked potatoes.
