The result is a juicy meat full of flavour thanks to the combination and contrasts of the different ingredients. If desired, this dish can be served with boiled rice.

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 60ml of olive oil and 150g of peeled and coarsely chopped onion.

Cook for 5 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add 100g of carrot, peeled and cut into thickly sliced quarters, 100g of green pepper and 100g of red pepper, in pieces of about 2 centimetres, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cook for 5 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add the 2 chicken breasts, well washed and cut into pieces of about 2 centimetres, and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

In a large bowl, prepare the sauce; add 100ml of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of fried tomato or ketchup, a dash of liquid caramel, 1/2 glass of water and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Stir everything well and add it to the food processor together with the 100g of almonds.
