Mussel Dip in Scallop Sauce Recipe
Dip mussels in scallop sauce recipe, discover how to prepare it easily and step by step with the Küken TOUCH 9000 food processor.
Ideal as an aperitif for the weekend, a special celebration or an informal get-together with friends.
When presenting our mussel dip we can decorate it with paprika, a little chives, parsley, or cilantro on top.
To accompany our dip we can do it with breadsticks, potato or corn chips, vegetable crudités (carrot, celery, cucumber, pepper, etc.).

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 200 g of cream cheese, 60 g of olives stuffed with anchovies and the mussels with the sauce (without draining).
We grind for 1 minute at speed 10.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
Blend for 1 more minute at speed 10.
Our cream is ready to be served.
