Energy bars recipe
Delicious and healthy energy bars made with dates, banana, nuts, oats, grated coconut and cinnamon. Perfect for snacking between meals, for breakfast, or to take to the gym or the office. Made only with natural ingredients and in a simple way thanks to our Küken food processor. We are sure you will prepare them many times. The taste is irresistible.
Energy bars ideal for healthy and wholesome breakfasts and snacks.

We mount the blade attachment in the mixing bowl of the Küken food processor.
Add 100g of dates and 300g of peeled bananas.
Blend for 1 minute on speed 6.
Carefully remove the paste that has stuck to the blades.
Replace the blade accessory with the kneading accessory (butterfly).
With the help of the spatula we push to the bottom the remains that may have been left on the wall of the glass.
Add 40g of hazelnuts and 40g of almonds.
Mix for 30 seconds on speed 6.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
Add 100g of rolled oats, 75g of grated coconut and 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
Mix for 1 minute on speed 7.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place baking paper on a baking tray and spread the dough evenly over the entire surface. With the help of a knife, carefully mark out the shape of the bars.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
Our bars are ready to use.
