Nougat coulant recipe
Here is a delicious dessert that is perfect for the holidays and celebrations. This nougat coulant is ideal for rounding off a 10-star Christmas menu. The special thing about the coulant is its warm, liquid interior; achieving this texture can be a little complicated, depending on our oven and also on the mould we use, we may need more or less time. Perhaps the first time we do not get the desired texture, but with a couple of times that we prepare them we will get the texture we want. As a general rule, about 10 minutes is enough.
