Octopus with onions and tomato sauce - just reading that makes you hungry, doesn't it? Delicious recipe that you can prepare in little more than an hour and in a simple way with our Küken food processor. The most important thing is to buy the octopus already cleaned, the rest practically takes care of itself. This dish is ideal as an appetizer or for a snack lunch / dinner. Serve with some bread and don't be afraid to dip it in the sauce.

 ½ kg of clean octopus
 200 g onion
 100 g of fried tomato
 1 parsley sprigs
 ½ clove of garlic
 12 ½ ml of olive oil
 1 cayenne
 ½ bay leaf
 ¼ tsp of sweet paprika
 ¼ tsp of hot paprika
 Pepper
 Salt

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 400g of julienned onion, one chopped garlic and 25 ml of olive oil.

Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.

Add 200g of fried tomato and two sprigs of finely chopped and cleaned parsley.

Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add 1kg of octopus, a bay leaf, two cayenne peppers, 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for 50 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
