We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 250ml of milk, 50ml of water and 40g of butter.
Stir for 3 minutes at 37ºC and speed 1.
Add 430g of flour, 15g of yeast, 40g of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Knead for 3 minutes on speed 2.
Grease an oblong mould, flour the work surface and, with floured hands, take the dough out of the robot and shape it a little to put it into the greased mould. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rest for a while until the dough rises.
Brush a little olive oil over the top and bake for 35 minutes at 200ºC until the bread is golden brown.
Let it cool down a bit and it's ready
