Despite not having many ingredients, it is a recipe with an extraordinary flavour, the touch of aromatic herbs and garlic, combined with the lamb leg meat, make this stew a guarantee when it comes to feasting.

We can accompany this dish with home-made chips and a salad.

 1 kg of chopped leg of lamb
 6 garlic cloves
 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
 3 sprigs of thyme
 2 laurel leaves
 ½ tsp of sweet paprika from La Vera
 Ground pepper
 Salt

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut in half.

Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.

Add 100ml of olive oil.

Cook for 5 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add 1kg of chopped lamb and season to taste.

Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 3 sprigs of thyme, 2 bay leaves and 2 cloves of garlic with skin cut in half.

Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.

Without removing the lid, add 100ml of white wine through the filling hole.
