Receta tarta de queso de La viña
Delicious and authentic baked vineyard cheesecake recipe. With a touch of sweetness to ensure that the most important thing is not lost, that it tastes of cheese.
Let yourself be surprised by its fine and creamy texture, you will understand why this cheesecake is so famous. In addition to its delicious taste, it is very easy to prepare with Küken, so you have no excuse to make it whenever you want.
This La Viña cheesecake was created in a restaurant in San Sebastian, La Viña restaurant, hence the name, and is considered one of the best cheesecakes in Spain.
Perfect for a special celebration, as a weekend dessert, or simply for when we feel like indulging ourselves.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line a 24-26 cm springform tin with baking paper.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 1kg of Philadelphia cheese.
Beat for 1 minute on speed 5.
Add 500ml of whipping cream, the 5 eggs (we recommend adding them one by one and breaking them up in a separate dish), 300g of sugar and 1.5 tablespoons of flour.
Beat for 1 minute on speed 5.
Pour the contents into the prepared mould.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, if we see that after 50 minutes it is still white on top, we can increase the temperature to 190ºC.
Turn the oven off and leave the door ajar for a few minutes to allow the cake to warm up before taking it out.
Once we have taken it out and it is warm, we can put it in the fridge to cool down.
Our cheesecake from the vineyard is ready!
