Healthy and delicious chicken and broccoli burgers.

Especially suitable for the youngest members of the household, these broccoli burgers are a highly recommended option to get our children to eat vegetables in a fun way. Prepare these burgers in the traditional way with lettuce, tomato and a little of their favourite sauce.

It is also a perfect option for preparing a second course for your weekly menu in a quick way. What's more, you can freeze them and prepare them whenever you feel like it, just take them out of the freezer a while before, fry them in the frying pan and they are ready to eat.

 500 g of chicken breast
 350 g of broccoli
 100 g carrot
 2 eggs
 50 g copos de avena
 500 ml of water
 Parsley
 Pepper
 Salt

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 50g of oat flakes.

Chop 30 seconds at speed 10.

Remove the chopped flakes and set aside in a bowl.

Place the cooking basket with the blade accessory in place.

Add 500ml of water, 350g of washed and chopped broccoli, and 100g of peeled and sliced carrot.

Cook in high steam mode for 10 minutes.

Open the lid and use a fork to press down on the carrot and broccoli to release excess water.

Remove the basket with the cooked vegetables and rinse the mixing bowl to continue cooking.

With the blade accessory on, add the cooked and well-drained broccoli and carrots.

Blend for 10 seconds on speed 1.

With the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have stuck to the wall of the glass.

Add 500g of washed and chopped chicken breast, the reserved oatmeal, 2 eggs previously broken in a dish, a couple of sprigs of parsley and salt and pepper to taste.

We grind for 20 seconds at speed 6.

Carefully remove the dough and transfer it to a bowl, shape the burgers and grill them over a low heat so that they are well done on the inside.
